We have a number of open positions at the moment, for which we are seeking highly talented hard working people.
1) Customer Service Representatives
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join established teams to give additional support.
The candidates will need to possess the following attributes:
- An enthusiastic individual who is prepared to work as part of a team.
- The ability to take responsibility for a range of customers whilst working in the team environment.
- The ability to resolve issues of varying nature.
- High level of communication skills required, including the ability to be both firm and diplomatic with internal and external customers.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment
2) Internal Sales Representatives
Selling a range of audio visual equipment, IT hardware & software products to Consumers, Businesses and Trade Customers. The role will include the targeting of prospective clients and the management of existing accounts.
You will need to have the following attributes to succeed whilst working under pressure to achieve individual and team targets:
- An interest in AV & IT and related products.
- Confident, polite and pro-active telephone manner.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good attention to detail with accurate keyboard skills.
- A will to succeed in your role.
